All is blue in Savoir Faire's annual tribute to a colour theme. We set a wonderful blue table and create a simple, yet dazzling centrepiece. Nik gets busy in his kitchen with some seared Blue Fin tuna with Curacao sauce and makes blue wood and paper table screens.
